Welcome to BioToolsIQ, operated by Molsera Lifesciences (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of BioToolsIQ at tools.molsera.com (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
BioToolsIQ is a web-based suite of molecular biology tools — including PrimerIQ, a molarity and dilution calculator, and an HBV serotyper — designed to support researchers and lab scientists with calculations and analysis used in molecular biology workflows.
BioToolsIQ tools are intended for research use only. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or provide clinical guidance for any patient. Results should be independently verified before being relied upon in any experimental, clinical, or commercial decision. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from reliance on tool output.
Some features — such as saving your analysis history, accessing your dashboard, and exporting results as PDF or Excel — require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Other tools, including the Molarity Calculator and HBV Serotyper, do not currently require an account.
Most tools are free to use for basic analysis. Batch processing and certain advanced features may be offered under paid plans at prices displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing or feature availability with reasonable notice.

The Service, including its design, software, and underlying algorithms, is owned by Molsera Lifesciences and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any sequence data or inputs you submit; we do not claim ownership over your research data.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. While our tools are built on vetted scientific methods, we do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Molsera Lifesciences shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost research time, data, or experimental costs — arising from your use of the Service.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any linked third-party site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Molsera Lifesciences’ place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
